2D CAD Ready-To-Print PLANS
All plans and drawings are made in the requested metric system - feet and inches or meters
The Landscape Concept Plan shows the overall schematic layout including the hardscape and softscape design, notes, labels, callouts and general drawing conventions.
The Layout Plan is a simplified plan and all dimensions are clearly presented, well-organized, and easy to read.
We will provide all square feet/meter units for surfaces and linear distances for fencing, edging, and coping, so the estimated cost of the project can be calculated.
Please note that we are not providing any calculations for volumes or face surface areas.
The Planting Plan shows the complete planting scheme of the landscape design. Using a different graphic plant symbol for different plant species, we present all trees, shrubs, vines and groundcovers on the drawing. Plants are noted with codes reflected on the Legend Plan.
The Lighting Plan is a helpful plan for both homeowners and contractors to think about how the lighting scheme can change the whole landscape design. Also, it will be easy to figure out where to install all necessary lighting details.
Each lighting feature is presented with a lighting symbol described on the Legend Plan.
The Legend Plan presents all details from the previous plans in the landscape package such as: planting schedule, quantity of materials used (hardscape and softscape) and lighting schedule.
- Everything presented on client’s original plan or hand sketch is what we provide on our CAD files.
- Every plan is carefully checked by project managers and design managers to make sure we have not missed any detail.
- All CAD plans have title block which includes: client’s logo, plan name, project address, date, north arrow, scale and scale bar unless otherwise requested.
- We can present the 2D plan on any paper size by any scale our clients prefer.
- We can provide elevation plan details and structural details exactly as you have drawn them on your original plan.
- Our CAD plans are for designing purposes only. We do not make special construction details because these type of plans should be made by qualified structural engineers.
