All the most common questions we hear from clients
Here at Eximious Design Studio, we have experienced landscaping architects, designers, CAD specialists and horticulturalists – all with a degree in their area of study. Architects and designers will design the landscape project and prepare all technical documentation needed for contractors, while horticulturalists will prepare a planting scheme suitable for your planting and climate zone.
Two architects/designers and one horticulturalist work on each project. Before the project leaves our desk, it is carefully checked by Project and Design Managers.
Together, this team can turn your yard into a dream place with a timeless landscape.
Everything is paid by square feet/meters and design elements included in the landscape design.
It means, each project has its own price depending on the property size and complexity of the requested amenities.
No matter if you are a homeowner who needs help designing his yard or a landscape architect who needs 2D and 3D support, every client pays his own price for his own project.
Using a survey plan or satellite mapping (in case a survey plan is missing) we will calculate the area that needs to be designed and multiply it by our standard design fee.

It is very simple, easy and fast!
All you need to do is to complete the project submission form on our page.
Please review our “How it works” page for more details.
We give a design advice in the very first meeting, but usually, we follow the style our client prefers, just because we want to make you happy and satisfied.
We adjust the requested amenities, materials, shapes and sizes to fit inside the landscape design and make a functional and beautiful landscape plan following all design and building principles.
Once we gathered all files needed for the landscape project, the real work begins.
First, we prepare a 2D Design Base plan where we present the schematic layout plan of the landscape design. This is a great start to organize all requested amenities and make the entire design functional and cohesive.
We will then set up a meeting and present our ideas to you because at this stage of work it is very important to work closely with every client.
When we have the Design Base approved, we move on with working on 3D modeling and rendering phase. Here we present all architectural structures and landscape elements with finest details to produce high quality renders. Everything you see on the images, is everything you can build and plant in your yard!
We have included two free rounds of corrections in case we need to change, add or remove something from the design plan.
Preparing final 2D technical plans for contractors and builders is the final phase of work. Everything we have modeled and presented on the renders is given with detailed dimensions for construction in 2D form.
Extra corrections to the design project can be done by additional an additional fee.
For homeowners, it is very important to know that we don’t make irrigation plans and grading plans. These plans should be done by a contractor who will do the building process or a licensed engineer.
Also, we are not producing detailed plans for structures we include in the 3D renders such as pergolas, fountains, fire pit details, etc. This is something you and your contractor will handle directly on site.
Every landscape project for homeowners usually takes from 3 to 6 weeks. It depends how fast we receive answers and approvals from our clients because we pause the work until we hear back from you.
On the other hand, for landscape architects, we always prepare requested package on a scheduled date.
As soon as you find a contractor, you are ready to start building.
Our service is a great communication tool between homeowners and contractors, so be sure you have all you need for the further process of building.
You can contact us anytime in case you need a piece of advice or help.
We are more than happy to see the finished renovation, so please share with us the process of work and the final look of the yard.
With your approval, we are proud to share the photos of your renovated home online!
